Freezes when I try to purchase. Sigh. Nice way to lose profits, Billboard. When you can actually download an issue, the interface is clean and crisp. But you no longer can, so whatever. Obviously Billboard doesnt read these reviews.

Id like to use this app but I cant get past entering my subscription number. I have been looking for a fix for months with no luck

I have had continued problems logging in via my print subscription. Continues to be a bug generating an error message: "There is a problem with automatic sign in... Reload and sign in again." Customer service has been unable to fix. Back to print?!

This has to be the worst functioning app EVER in the App Store. Billboard!!!! A magazine with the most contemporary up to date news about an industry so technologically advanced, yet your app crashes, asks for payment from existing subscribers, takes an eon to download an article, and altogether is more consistent at crashing than working. FIX IT please. PS It does not deserve even one star.

For the so called music industry leader, their app is below bottom of the barrel. Log in does not work. You cant read anything. Probably the person who built this app is the same dolt who built their just as unreliable website. The lack of quality control continues for a once legitimate publication.

I always have to delete the app and reload it to get the latest issue.

I cant purchase the issues that I want! I tried at least a dozen times and it wont let me! Please fix this app!

Not very user friendly... Needs a major update.

I love billboard but I hate their app. Never loads properly, always quits, and I can never get it to go past the subscriber page. I subscribe to the print edition and therefore the iPad addition comes with it but its not helpful if I can never get the app to work properly to read it! I dont understand how it can have continual problems and no one fixes them.

Waiting to see if Billboard will release an updated app soon. Uninstalling and re-installing didnt fix the error. Cant load the last 2 issues to my iPad. 9/27/15: And now I cant load the current issue. Im a current subscriber and it is asking me to buy the issue.

Im paid for the digital subscription through the Apple Store but it wont let me access. And neither Apple or Billboard is helping me with it, both of them telling me to talk to the other guy. 0 stars
