Very sluggish, would not rotate page to horizontal. Search very slow and touchy. Not a good app Could not read magazines just download,not good

Do Not Buy!!!!!

If you want to lose $100 and never get your magazines have fun otherwise stay away from this purchase. I bought the year subscription and then never could get an issue. When I reached out to Billboard support they never responded. Had Apple cancel my subscription. What a horrible customer experience. Stay away!!!!

Table of contents

When I found out that I was able to read my subscription to billboard on my ipad I was delighted. I am only on my first issue using my ipad but there was one slight inconvenience that I noticed within the first minute. If the app had a table of contents that allowed you to jump to a particular section of he magazine or go back to the previous page that you were reading. I was reading the top line summary in the front of the magazine and accidentally hit one of the stories. I was then directed to that story, thus having to go back to the front. If there was a "go back" or "last page" function this would solve this issue.

Crap!

In addition to crappy interface, IOS8 update a failure....Good reason to get rid of Newstand and stick with print subscription to every magazine....I think Apples Newsstand failure will bring everybody back to reading real paper print!

get it together!

i dont know if it is because of the iOS8 install, but Billboard is now unreachable. my other newspapers and magazines load fine. in past weeks, Billboard issues are either days late, or they only partially load, and as of now i get absolutely nothing. whether its a newstand problem or a Billboard problem, someone needs to release a fix for this mess.

However, its frustrating when I login looking forward to good read and Im not allowed to open my purchases to do so.

Undependable

Ive been using this application for less than a year and too frequently I am unable to download the current issue of Billboard Magazine. In the past, Ive had to uninstall the application and re-download before being able to get the current issue. Also, Ive encountered what appears to be a complete downloaded of the magazine only to have the app close when I start to thumb through the pages. Now, regardless of my attempts to delete and reinstall the app and re-download issues, I am unable to access archived copies that I purchased and the last two current issues. I am deeply disappointed because the information in Billboard Magazine is important to me and time sensitive. I have terminated my subscription for the time being.

Keeps Crashing!

Havent been able to download the last 3 issues! New issues sometimes post a week after they release in print. Customer service reps are clueless and not helpful. A waste of money for the digital subscription which is way too expensive in the first place!

Havent been able to sign into this in months. The login button never works. Isnt anyone paying attention to this app?

Navigation Challenge

The content is outstanding, once you figure out how to navigate...which is somewhat of a challenge at times. I also ran into some problems logging in to my subscription, but Tech Support was very helpful. The interface is more confusing than it needs to be, and some navigation tools are hidden at the top/left of the screen. (somewhat like the way the Windows 8 "Charms" menu is concealed and brought to life at the right). I would prefer if it was more "book-like" and sequential, but overall its a good deal for true Billboard fans.

Its true. This the worst in my iPad. Im still waiting on my print subscription cause the app keeps crashing.

Quite possibly the worst app in all the land

Billboard doesnt care about black people. Or any people, including its customers. This app has been sitting on my iPad for months, unused, because the login doesnt work. Ive been a paying print subscriber for over two years, as I need the mag for business, but Id rather not carry around the comically large print ed, which always arrives about 1.5 weeks late. Its a bit like TiVoing the nightly news, but on a 1.5 week lag. Learning about what happened 1.5 weeks ago isnt completely useless, but the world has moved on. Please, Prometheus global media, fire your app developer and get someone with a clue!

Love the way this app is presented. I have the ability to sign in a print user and retrieve digital content for FREE. Great deal!
