I hate to say it. But this magazine has always been a favorite of mine, I even spent $100 to get a year subscription. And I hate to say, what a mistake. The worst customer service which is shameful as at least once a month an issue wont download, or logging in will not work. Something is always off. They pass you off to Apple, who has nothing to do with THE SUBSCRIPTION AND MAGAZINE ITSELF but that should have been my warning. I am going to cancel, request refund and move on to other sources. Better, more efficient sources that will appreciate a loyal customer.
